Description of the scope of training

The objective of the studies is to provide students with specialised knowledge combined with practical skills in the field of soft aspects of HR and hard HRM, in particular related to salaries, labour law and personnel documentation. During the course of the studies, students will also learn the principles of forming integrated employee teams, career planning, outplacement and familiarise themselves with an efficient system of internal and external communication in a company.


What will you learn?

Studies in Human resource management have been designed to train future managers and experts dealing with the effective acquisition and use of labour resources in organisations. The specialised knowledge acquired during the course of the studies enables graduates to undertake tasks in the following areas:

  • recruiting, selecting personnel and optimising employment,
  • creating employee evaluation and reward systems,
  • Negotiating employment conditions and resolving conflicts,
  • job training programming and career development,
  • personnel controlling,
  • labour market monitoring and analysis.
