Description of the scope of training

The specialization is addressed to people who want to expand their knowledge and gain new, in-depth skills related to the use of IT tools in the work of a specialist-logistics engineer, as well as develop competences in the field of solving problems in the logistics industry using modern IT solutions.

What will you learn?

Logistics students will learn about the functioning of integrated ERP systems, including many Comarch ERP Cloud modules, IT supply chain management systems, and the design and simulation of complex logistics processes in the FlexSim environment. In addition, graduates of this course will gain knowledge, skills and competences in the field of databases and data modeling as well as designing business intelligence solutions, data warehouse engineering, as well as transport telematics ( transporeon.com/pl ). The educational path designed in such a way allows for the acquisition of comprehensive engineering knowledge in the field of IT tools in logistics and the acquisition of skills and competences in solving logistics problems with the use of modern IT solutions.

Your educational pathway

  • Databases – the classes show the importance of databases and their use in logistics processes in enterprises.
  • Integrated systems (MRP, MRP II, ERP) SAP, Comarch – classes during which you will learn about the use of modern IT tools supporting logistics processes, especially in the context of using CRM and its connection with financial functions.
  • Designing and simulating logistics processes (FlexSim) – classes aimed at familiarizing students with advanced tools for simulating logistics processes.
  • Supply Chain Management Systems (SCM),
  • Artificial intelligence in logistics – classes that prepare for the practical use of artificial intelligence tools in logistics processes – the classes show how to use IT systems supporting supply chain management, such as: CSM, ERP, SRM, PLM, in practice.
  • Business intelligence and data warehouse engineering – classes aimed at showing the practical aspects of using data warehouse engineering to support logistics processes.
