HR Manager is a specialization that responds to the needs of the job market in the area of contemporary directions of changes in HR processes in the organization. This training module prepares middle management managers with knowledge of the “soft” approach to human capital.

Graduates of the Communication and Psychology in Businesscourse in the field of HR Management will prepared for responsible roles in the area of recruitment and selection of employees, formation of a positive employer image, design of motivational systems and their implementation.
