Did you know that in the first year at WSZiB you can apply, among other things, for a social scholarship, an allowance or a student loan?
The beginning of studies brings numerous changes and challenges, including financial ones. That is why we can help you get funds for education and take care of your student expenses from the very beginning.
During the first semester we offer:
Social scholarship – aimed at students in difficult financial situation, dependent on family income. You will receive it in an increased amount, for example, if you are an overseas full-time student incurring accommodation costs in Krakow.
Allowance – interim financial support in emergency situations, up to PLN 2,000 at a time.
Rector’s scholarship – for high school graduates who are laureates or finalists of Olympiads (for the first year of undergraduate/engineering studies), for the grade point average of the final year of first degree studies (for the first year of graduate studies)
Scholarship for persons with disabilities – dedicated to students with a certified disability.
That’s not all, in addition to non-repayable forms of assistance, there is a special financial instrument created specifically for students – a preferential student loan, which you can apply for while you are still a student candidate.
