The Cyber Security Students Association invites you to an open meeting regarding Lateral Movement (extending influence) in a Windows environment. During the meeting, the so-called “lateral movement” mechanism, i.e. processes aimed at recognizing and taking control of other systems in the attacked IT infrastructure, will be discussed and demonstrated. An example of this process will be the “Pass-the-Hash” (PtH) mechanism, which allows taking control of other systems in an environment that has previously been successfully attacked.
