On September 30, the ceremonial inauguration of the 2022/23 academic year was held within the walls of our School, marking the beginning of the 28th year of The School of Management and Banking in Krakow. This extremely important event in the life of every academic community is an emphasis on the tradition and ethos of all universities.
The new academic year opens a special period in the life of our community – for we are inaugurating studies in as many as seven fields of study, including two master’s degrees – which was particularly emphasized by the Rector, Prof. Włodzimierz Roszczynialski, PhD.
A special message to universities on the occasion of the beginning of the academic year was sent by the President of the Republic of Poland Mr. Andrzej Duda (the content of the message can be found here)
The inaugural lecture was delivered by Magdalena Kowalska-Musiał, PhD – Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Applied Sciences, and the Minister of Education and Science – Prof. Przemysław Czarnek – also sent us his message for the new academic year (the content of the letter can be found here).
