Description of the scope of education - Human resource management
The objective of the studies is to provide students with specialised knowledge combined with practical skills in the field of soft aspects of HR and hard HRM, in particular related to salaries, labour law and personnel documentation. During the course of the studies, students will also learn the principles of forming integrated employee teams, career planning, outplacement and familiarise themselves with an efficient system of internal and external communication in a company.
