Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania i Bankowości w Krakowie is recruiting for a new postgraduate course: The Public Sector Cybersecurity Specialist. This is a response to the growing needs for data protection and IT systems in public administration. The course partner is TÜV NORD Polska.
The Public Sector Cybersecurity Specialist study program focuses on the technical and organizational aspects of cybersecurity, taking into account the reality of the public sector. Classes are conducted by practitioners with many years of experience – including directors of cybersecurity departments, system architects and SOC leaders. Participants gain the knowledge and skills necessary to counter cyberattacks such as ransomware, phishing or attacks on critical infrastructure – from local governments to central administration.

The company has been operating on the Polish market for over 30 years, continuously remaining among the leaders of the industry. Specialists from the company will conduct classes in the field of Information Security Management System. Program and form of learning
The studies include 178 hours of classes, of which 80% are held online. This makes it easy to combine studying with professional duties. Two stationary meetings are planned in Warszawa. Participants will take part in workshops on, among others, ethical hacking, incident management, creating documentation in accordance with KSC, as well as risk management and mitigation of threats.
Networking and international recognition
The studies also include expert panels and networking events. After completing the program, graduates join the Cyber NET community, gaining the opportunity to further develop and exchange knowledge with other industry professionals. What’s more, the studies provide as many as 205 CPE educational points, recognized as part of the ISACA certification.
