On April 14, 2025, another edition of practical SCRUM workshops took place at the WSZiB headquarters at Kijowska Avenue 14. This time, 34 people participated, divided into two rounds – a morning and afternoon one.
The classes were conducted by Karolina Mencel MSc and Grażyna Rożek MSc – experienced Project Managers from FarmaProm. The participants could not only learn the basics of SCRUM – roles, events, artifacts – but also immediately test them in practice. Teamwork, dynamic exercises and workshop tasks showed what an agile approach looks like in action.
At the end, each participant received a certificate confirming participation in the training.
