In the era of dynamic digitization and automation, digital competences have become one of the most important resources on the labor market. At WSZiB, we have been focusing on practice from the very beginning – by educating young people, we want to not only provide them with substantive knowledge, but also teach them how to apply it in practice. Because studying is only a time to expand knowledge, but also the first step towards a professional career. Hence our focus on digital competences, which we develop not only in specific fields, but also within education paths or classes, where we teach, among others, effective data processing, information management, process automation, not forgetting about creativity, which is an essential tool that allows for the implementation of new technological solutions and facilitates work – emphasizes Aneta Ziółkowska PhD, prof.
