Description of the scope of education - Digital Psychology and Online Communication

The Digital Psychology and Online Communication specialization addresses the growing significance of digital technologies and social media in both personal and professional life. In an era of remote work, pervasive online presence, and the rapid development of artificial intelligence, the ability to integrate psychological knowledge with communication and managerial practice has become crucial.

This track prepares students to navigate the digital world consciously and responsibly – both as participants in communication processes and as leaders of change within organizations. The curriculum includes the analysis of psychological mechanisms at play on the Internet and in social media, the development of skills related to managing digital well-being and stress, as well as training in designing personal branding and online presence. Particular emphasis is placed on practical skills – from conducting negotiations and mediation in digital environments, through storytelling and employer branding, to leveraging artificial intelligence in recruitment, marketing, and customer service.
