Description of the scope of education - Purchase and supply chain management
This study programme has been designed to provide students with the knowledge useful for strategic planning of the elements involved in a supply chain. Students acquire the knowledge and skills pertaining to integrating key business processes – supply, manufacturing, sales, and distribution – to achieve maximum efficiency and an appropriate level of customer service.

The graduates of this programme become purchasing specialists, category managers and logistics or supply chain managers. The practical knowledge acquired during the course of your studies will enable you to undertake tasks in the following areas:
- effective sourcing of products and services,
- analysing and creating purchasing strategies,
- developing product and service category management strategies,
- managing the strategic and operational procurement department,
- developing and executing plans of reducing the total cost related to sourcing goods and services.
