Paid Internship in Spain:
Accounts Payable Trainee for Finance & Accounting

WHERE? San Sebastián de los Reyes, Madrid, Spain
WHEN? Position available from 05.2013 or 12.2013, minimum commitement 6 months
HOW MANY HOURS? full time, 40h/week

European Automobile Group. They design, produce and commercialize luxury cars and company vehicles. It´s a world class referent.
 
Tasks:
Project: Learning and performance of daily activities related to Accounts Payable department: responsible for the handling, posting and payment of all invoices issued against the companies within the Share Services Center (SSC) scope, along with the related month end-and reporting activities, in an effective, up to date and accurate manner. Responsabilities: - Sending invoices for approval within the electronic workflow and assignment of the correct general ledger accounts. -SAP invoice registration and posting -Business Unit Contact for accounting operations. -Reminders for invoice approval. -Execution of legacy system interfaces- error handling. -Reconciliation and clearing of AP accounts. -General overview of payment proposal/run and corresponding checks. -VAT checks -Reports: weekly reports to the countries. -Analysis and resolution of open items on vendors accounts. -General overview of vendor reconciliation process and affiliated companies.

We are looking for:
-	Studies: Bachelor Degree in Business/FP Administration or equivalent studies. Knowledge Basics of Finance & Accounting
-	Languages: English: Fluent, high level in both speaking and writing 
-       Experience: Not a must, but some experience in Finance/Accounting service environment will be a plus
