Curriculum

The secret to the best first impression
Image management. You will learn what colours and cuts are the best for you to wear for an important meeting, a speech or a talk with your business partner. As you watch the video of your presentation, you will discover the impact of your coherent individual style and your body language on the outcome of the meeting.

Learn the key to effective communication with anyone
Start with yourself. Learn what your personality type is and how you build relationships – based on DISC analysis. Learn the key to communicating with the people that you meet. Explore how to manage a team effectively and how to motivate people in the light of their behaviour types. Learn how the diversity of personality traits within a team affects the long-term success of a company.

Brand identity and brand personality
If brand image is coherent with the company mission, it is possible to determine the ethical and strategic principles of the company activity. If your identity, personality and values are aligned with the company principles, then such an organisation enables you to achieve your desired life and career goals without any hardships or effort.

Tell me your true story
Do you feel like your life is a story? What character are you in your story? Or perhaps you haven’t written your story yet… You are unique and special! Learn the structure of brand storytelling, and you will be able to use words in order to shape your image online or during important job interviews.

Your business environment is a web of relationships
Did you know you are living in the Matrix? You run your business in a multi-level network structure of market relationships. This is where credibility and partner trust are important. In order to have strong relationships, learn the process of building them: starting from interactions, through mutual interpersonal interactions of the parties, to solidifying long-lasting exchange network structures.

The last block of the relationship network structure
Develop skills that will let you accurately determine the importance of individual team members and identify their role in the network structure. Find the network leader, bridge the gaps between groups, discover cliques or isolated individuals. Let’s do some networking.

Time management in the pursuit of a goal
Learn how to control the reality so that it doesn’t control us. Learn to set goals that are consistent with your own value hierarchy. You will then find out how to achieve consistency between your personal and professional life and how to plan and set goals effectively. As a result, you will recognize the situations that require changing the plan.

Setting boundaries in relationships in order to achieve a sense of security
Learn to map out boundaries in relationships in your personal life and in business. Identify the areas where you are giving too much and the areas where you are not giving enough. Based on this diagnosis, work out how to set healthy boundaries so that you feel safe in all types of relationships.
